Finance Manager

Yam has been with the company for approximately 7 years. He started by assisting Lev with auction purchases and management of investor funds, but as the company has grown so has his position. He now takes care of all company and investor finances.

Eddie

Renovations Manager

Eddie has been with the company for around 4 years. He takes care of the day-to-day running of the renovations department, dealing with builders and contractors and ensuring the smooth running of all projects. He monitors quality control and achieves excellent end results.

John

Project Manager

John has been with the company for 18 months. He works closely with Eddie helping to manage the day-to-day running of renovations and is responsible for ensuring each property is completed and signed off to a high standard. John has excellent relationships with all contractors and deals regularly with building control to ensure works are always in line with legal guidelines.

Fiona

Renovations Assistant

Fiona has been with the company for 1 year and is part of our renovation team. Fiona visits all properties under renovation every week to conduct a progress video. She provides this to the investor every week, keeping them fully aware of the renovation process and allowing them to ask any questions they might have.

Administrator

Kate has been with the company for nearly a year. She works alongside Ahlia assisting with administrative works for utility accounts, and works with our letting agents securing tenancy deposits and providing welcome packs to tenant.

Property Manager

Nicola, Office Manager, is the dynamic force behind our operations, combining meticulous oversight with unparalleled multitasking abilities.
